Custom Logo Backpacks and Bags- All Custom logo backpacks and bags are not returnable, unless there is a warranty issue. Warranty Returns- My Clear Backpack Company Warranty Policy All products except the Privacy Pouch are covered with a 3-5 year warranty policy. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Warranty WILL include the following: • Broken zippers • Broken plastic pieces on the straps • Seams that are coming unsewn • Tears that are at the seam only • Straps that are tearing from the seam only Warranty WILL NOT include the following: • Normal wear and tear • Dirt • Stains • Tears • Punctures • Rips Cleaning instructions: • Wipe with a soft cloth and mild dish soap. • Rinse with water and allow to air dry. • Do not put them in the dishwasher or washing machine. • Do not use cleaning solvents or bleach on products.
